QUALITY & MANUFACTURING

Built to Last. Tested to Perform.

Every product that leaves our facility has been through rigorous in-house testing. We document everything — so you can be confident in what you receive.

Manufacturing Facility

Our primary manufacturing facility is located at the Lonavala Co-operative Industrial Estate in Nangargaon, Lonavala, Maharashtra. The facility is purpose-built for precision electrical component manufacturing, with dedicated production lines for servo/stepper motors and instrument transformers.

Production is supported by in-house tooling and winding equipment, allowing us to maintain tight control over dimensional accuracy and electrical characteristics across production batches.

Our registered office and sales centre in Mumbai provides direct access to the commercial and industrial buyer community in Maharashtra and across India.

MANUFACTURING STANDARD

IS2705-1992 (Instrument Transformers)

Motor Manufacturing Process

Servo-Step Synchronous / Stepper Motors

01

Core Material Selection

High-grade silicon steel laminations selected and inspected for dimensional accuracy and magnetic properties before production begins.

02

Winding

Precision winding of stator and rotor coils using electrical-grade copper wire. Winding parameters are controlled to meet specified torque and speed characteristics.

03

Assembly

Motor components assembled under controlled conditions. Shaft alignment, bearing fitment, and dimensional checks performed at each stage.

04

Testing & Validation

Each motor is tested for torque output, step accuracy, insulation resistance, and temperature rise before dispatch. Test results are documented.

Transformer Manufacturing Process

Instrument Transformers — Current Transformers

01

Core Formation

Cold-Rolled Grain-Oriented (CRGO) silicon steel formed into a toroidal shape without joints, ensuring optimal magnetic path and accuracy.

02

Winding

Secondary windings applied using high-quality electrical-grade copper wire with polyester tape interlayer insulation for dielectric integrity.

03

Encapsulation

Final insulation applied by ABS moulding, resin casting, or PVC taping depending on the product specification and application requirements.

04

Routine Testing

Every CT undergoes comprehensive routine testing per IS2705-1992. Ratio error, phase error, and burden tests are performed and documented. Test reports available on request.

Panel Meter Manufacturing Process

Digital and Analog Panel Meters — AC & DC

01

Component Selection

High-quality electronic components sourced and inspected for tolerance, rating, and reliability before assembly begins.

02

PCB Assembly

Printed circuit boards assembled with precision soldering and component placement. Each board is inspected for solder quality and correct component orientation.

03

Calibration

Each meter is calibrated against reference standards for accuracy across the full measurement range. AC and DC calibration performed separately as required.

04

Final Testing

Completed meters undergo functional testing, display verification, and input/output accuracy checks before being cleared for dispatch.

Quality Assurance

Quality control is embedded at every stage of our production process — not only at the end. Each unit is inspected at multiple checkpoints before final testing and dispatch.

For instrument transformers, comprehensive routine testing is performed on every unit per IS2705-1992. Detailed test reports are available on request, providing full traceability and transparency for our customers.
